Who We Are
The Young Adults Group is intended for UCN members and friends between the ages of 18 and 35ish. We meet for monthly worship gatherings, and we organize regular social and service events. You can also join us at 9:45 every Sunday before service in the UCN Social Hall for BYOB - Bring Your Own Breakfast. B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Breakfast)
Join us each Sunday around 9:45ish in the Social Hall for BYOB before each service. You can bring food for yourself, for everyone, or no one at all. Just bring yourself and come for some social time before the service at 10:30.
Topic TBD. 7 pm in the sancutary, followed by snacks in the social hall. Childcare will be provided.
Saturday, May 5: UCN Annual Service Auction and Soiree!
We encourage our members to attend this fun-filled event. Sunday, May 27: Social Event - Potluck
We will gather at the church for a night of food and fellowship. Bring a dish to pass and board games to play if you'd like. Weather permitting, we'll also spend some time outside. There will also be some special guests who have been travelling the world and will be back to visit!
Sunday, June 24: Service Event - Autism Buddies
We will assist children with autism at an event at the Bounce House on 829 Lynnhaven Parkway, Suite 116 in Virginia Beach. The event starts at 6pm, but try to arrive 10-15 minutes early. RVSP on the facebook event page (https://www.facebook.com/events/134885659972204/) so we know how many volunteers we will have!
